We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, normally within 1 business day.

Orders placed outside our normal operating hours, on weekends, or on public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

We deliver orders to customers within Kenya, subject to availability of delivery services in the requested location.

Delivery availability and charges may vary depending on the customer's location.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and delivery method selected.

Typical delivery timelines are:

Nairobi: 1–2 business days
Major towns and cities: 1–3 business days
Other areas within Kenya: 2–5 business days

These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may take longer during periods of high demand, public holidays, adverse weather, courier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, order size, delivery method, and/or courier charges applicable at the time of purchase.

The applicable delivery fee will be displayed at checkout or communicated to the customer before dispatch.

Where applicable, certain promotions may include free or discounted delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:

Valid phone number
Delivery location
Building, estate, street, or other relevant directions

Design Scents Ke is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.
